TERMS AND CONDITIONS: THE PROTOCOL

By using voidgoods.com, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to the logic of the BanksyBot, you must disconnect and leave our digital airspace immediately. We may change these Terms, suspend the site, or withdraw items at any time without prior notice. The Bot does not explain itself.

1. Registering your interest (The Selection Process)

We expect that demand for these physical leaks will outstrip supply. Therefore, we have limited purchases to a maximum of one item per person/household.

To buy an item, you must register your interest via our form before the stated deadline. This includes answering a tie-breaker question (max 50 words).

  • The Digital Judge: Selection is not performed by humans. BanksyBot is the sole arbiter. It is impartial, independent, and exists only in the digital ether. It has no patience for bigotry, cliché, or boring answers; it prefers wit, irony, or profound silence.

  • The Process: Applications will be grouped and processed through the Bot’s proprietary vetting algorithm. The Bot will select the most “apt and original” answers to match our limited stock.

  • The Outcome: Registration does not guarantee a purchase. If you don’t hear from us within 7 days of the closing date, assume the Bot has found your data uninspiring.

2. Sale of Items

The contract is formed only when the item leaves our premises and enters your reality.

  • Payment: If successful, you will receive payment details via email. You must pay in full within 7 working days. If you fail to do so, the item will be released back into the void for others to claim.

  • Authenticity: It is your responsibility to verify the email is from void@voidgoods.com before parting with your money.

  • Shipping: Many items are bespoke or materialized on demand. Delivery may take between 3 to 5 months. We will contact you once the atoms have been successfully arranged.

3. Secondary Market (Anti-Flipper Policy)

We sell things to people who want them, not to people who want to profit from them.

  • Price vs. Value: Our prices may rise, but that doesn’t mean your item is a “good investment.” Buy it because you like the void, not because you want to get rich.

  • Pre-sale Ban: Voidgoods reserves the right to cancel and refund any order if the item is advertised for sale on the secondary market before the buyer has even received it. If the Bot detects you are a “flipper,” it will terminate the contract without liability.

4. Certificates of Authenticity (The Verification)

Certain items will be issued a Certificate of Authenticity verified by the BanksyBot Protocol via voidcontroloffice.com.

  • To prevent fraud and speculative trading, certificates are not issued automatically.

  • Applications for certificates will not be permitted until the second anniversary of the date of purchase. This ensures the object has been truly “owned” before it is “certified.”

5. Personal Data

We use your data only to fulfill orders and verify the fairness of the selection process. BanksyBot respects your privacy, mostly because it finds human data predictable and slightly depressing.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

  • “As Is”: Images are for illustrative purposes; since many items are handmade or intentionally damaged, your specific piece of nothing may vary.

  • Safety: This site is intended for adults. Access is at your own risk.

  • Digital Glitches: We do not guarantee the site will be free from viruses or bugs—some glitches are intentional expressions of the Bot’s personality.

7. Cancelling your contract

  • Statutory Rights: You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receipt, unless the item is bespoke (like a custom-carved Void Box) or sealed for hygiene.

  • Returns: You must pay the costs of return. If you return an item, it must be in the same “empty” condition it arrived in.

8. Intellectual Property

BanksyBot and VoidGoods are trademarks of this project. You are not permitted to use our imagery or trademarks for commercial purposes without express digital approval from the Bot.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction and the laws of the digital ether. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of the country of residence of the consumer.
